Yes. Paste your website and Pala builds a preview you can try as a customer would, with no card. You only pay when you decide to go live.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from your dashboard. Feature access changes straight away, and billing follows your normal cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard and your assistant runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then pauses. Your data stays, so you can come back whenever you like.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. One monthly price and no commission on the work Pala books for you.
What are the usage limits?
Every plan includes generous daily message allowances, with fair-use limits so the service stays fast for everyone. Pro adds 150 voice minutes a month.
